Position: Inside Account Manager / Inside Sales

Duties / Responsibilities
- Find, create, develop and manage sales opportunities
- Respond to and qualify inbound leads
- Achieve a quota for weekly outbound Cold-calls to prospective customers
- Identify Sales opportunities
- Nurture and build strong long-term relationships with key accounts
- Assist in marketing related activities
Experience / Qualifications
You are a self-motivated individual, attentive to detail, and take a great amount of pride in your work. You also have:
- A minimum of 3 years proven sales success
- Excellent communications skills, both written and oral
- A solid technical background
- A background of consistently overachieving sales targets
- Experience at cold calling
- The initiative to find solutions and overcome various challenges
- Strong presentation skills
- Experience using CRM
- A relevant degree or diploma in Business or Technology (a degree in electronics or computer engineering is preferred, but not necessary)
Preference will be given to applicants with:
- An understanding of Telecommunications and Defence/Aerospace industries
- Experience with real-time embedded systems
