Responsibilities

• Specification, development and verification of large high speed FPGA systems
• Research and propose packet processing techniques for communication systems
• Develop and implement data and signal processing algorithms

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of experience in FPGA/SoC design methodology
• High degree of knowledge of Altera and Xilinx FPGA simulation, synthesis, development tools and hardware architectures
• Fluency in Verilog with knowledge of VHDL as an asset
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, Ethernet and high-speed bus protocols such as PCIe
• Experience in hardware debug and using Logic Analyzers
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of software integration and testing
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical or computer engineering
